The Heating Swaffham Prior Project team is comprised of representatives from Swaffham Prior Community Land Trust, Cambridgeshire County Council, Carbon Smart and Bouygues, and Community Engagement consultant, Janet Hall.

To support the delivery of the Heating Swaffham Prior project, the project team may collect personal details, including;

Name and contact details – to provide communications on the Heating Swaffham Prior Project

  • Characteristics – such as physical ability, language, age, to consider accommodation where necessary
  • Personal spending information – on energy bills
  • Attendance at meetings – to ensure outreach and consistent communication with the community
  • Safeguarding information – to establish whether a guardian / third party presence is required

Any personal details collected through the Heating Swaffham Prior project will be retained securely by the project team only until six months after project completion (Approximately Sept 2021). No personal data will be shared with third parties.

You have the right to request access to the personal data held by the Heating Swaffham Prior project team. You also have the right to amend information held, request deletion or removal, to restrict processing, and object to processing such as direct marketing or statistical or research use.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
